The updated platform is terrible. It comes out super small on my screen. No way to fix it. (even with font size change, too small)

OANDA's implementation of TradingView is drastically different from tradingview.com
It seems that OANDA's version is an old release of TradingView, whereas the tradingview.com has new features, tools, options, etc.
Easiest way to demonstrate is to right-click on a chart and you see completely different menu and options:
Login to OANDA fxTrade
Click Advanced Charting button
Then right-click on the pop-up TradingView chart
Review the menu and options
Now, login to tradingview.com directly in a new browser
Right-click on the chart
Review and compare the menu and options

Advanced charts stopped working the other day. The chart window opens, but it's just blank. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, updated java, cleared cache...nothing works. Super frustrating, especially when Oanda says 'it's not our charting software, it's TV's. That may be so, but as part of the Oanda desktop app, shouldn't Oanda be able to fix it???17 votes
Please add customization to the Price Alert notifications, so that ringtones can be added. I want to be able to wake up and modify trades.

Why are my drawings not showing up on certain time frames. So far no issues with the horizontal draw tool, but all other drawings i.e, trend line, boxes, fib drawings disappear.

Is it possible to have a Pine Editor for this platform?
At the moment there is no way to gather information on trading hours via the API.
Trading hours are pieces of information of prime importance both from a functional perspective (they allow us to place orders successfully and possibly to prepare in time to do it) and as inputs for strategies (e.g. machine learning).
It baffles me that there is no way whatsoever to gather this data from the API.
Please implement endpoints for the trading hours for all instruments.4 votes

Advanced charts not working
Advanced charts has stopped working today Monday 22Jun2020 UTC +10 . The chart window opens, but it's just stays blank. Message box eventually appears on advanced chart saying "Your Advanced Charting profile has failed to load:
Closing and reopening advanced chart as the popup message said would fix the problem does not.
One thing might be a contributing factor. A new Windows10 upgrade came out that I applied over the weekend otherwise nothing has changed to a perfectly running PC and advanced charts worked perfectly for the entire previous week2 votes
