Why is OANDA's implementation of TradingView different from Tradingview.com?
OANDA's implementation of TradingView is drastically different from tradingview.com
It seems that OANDA's version is an old release of TradingView, whereas the tradingview.com has new features, tools, options, etc.
Easiest way to demonstrate is to right-click on a chart and you see completely different menu and options:
A)
Login to OANDA fxTrade
Click Advanced Charting button
Then right-click on the pop-up TradingView chart
Review the menu and options
B)
Now, login to tradingview.com directly in a new browser
Right-click on the chart
Review and compare the menu and options
When will OANDA get an updated version of TradingView?

I know Oanda has a complicated relationship with Tradingview right now. I'm from South Africa and I can't use it at all. Customer support told me they don't support it (despite the Oanda login on Tradingview)

Hello guys, about to open a real account and noticed the same on tradingview with Oanda. I'm in the UK what broker would you recommend that works on tradingview (small account welcome if possible). Cheers

It wouldn't be such a mess if OANDA would allow EU customers to trade directly from TradingView. I don't understand why they can't make it happen when other brokers can. I left OANDA after 10 minutes.

i started with this broker this week, and i think i will be leaving already tonight, i have the same settings in my oscillators in this account that i do on trading view but the results are completely different. Sad to say this place is a scammy house of cards ... and the cards have obviously been used to wipe someone's arse with, most likely all the losing customers.

I really do think I'm changing my broker from Oanda. Keep running into annoying little issues. Might try out Dukascopy or someone else as the reps here are frustrating and really don't seem to want
to help you when you need it. -

if tradingview is to allow oanda to have full access to their features, tradingview's subscriptions will be zero. but I guess oanda really should improve more in terms of features like replay and price alert (like how tradingview has it's price alert)

And now I realize there is NO way to add a pine scripts to an OANDA's implementation of TradingView.
ugh!
There's thousands of scripts (indicators, alerts, etc) that we'll never get to use on OANDA's TradingView.

Totally agree! Oanda is super outdated on the Web Platform! I hope Oanda can upgrade to the new version of TradingView!
I'm currently using TradingView to trade instead of the outdated and lack-of-feature Oanda web platform. But it's so inconvenient to be using 2 platform to do one thing. Oanda needs to update real quick!
